Ebooks

Because ebooks are delivered instantly and can’t be returned, ebook purchases are non-refundable. I’ll gladly make an exception for special circumstances, such as buying the same book twice by mistake or a file that won’t open even after help from BookFunnel.

Pre-orders

You can cancel an ebook pre-order for a full refund any time before its release date. Just contact me with your order details.

Paperbacks

Paperbacks, signed or unsigned, are non-returnable. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or you receive the wrong book, contact me within 30 days of delivery (a photo helps), and I’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

European Union customers

Ebooks: EU consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you agreed at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel.

Paperbacks: You may cancel or return a paperback within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The book must be unread and in the condition you received it, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your refund, please contact me.
